When you practise mindfulness, you are better able to manage stress and anxiety, and you can more easily let go of negative thoughts and emotions. 

Prioritise self-care: Taking care of yourself is essential to being able to manage the stresses of everyday life. Make time for activities that help you feel relaxed and rejuvenated, such as exercise, hobbies, or spending time with loved ones. Take care of your physical, mental, and emotional health.

Productivity of time: It is a very crucial factor in anyone’s life on earth. Effective time management can lead to higher productivity, which means completing more tasks in less time. This results in less stress, increased efficiency, and the ability to prioritise important tasks. Balancing Exposure in the Real and the Virtual World: This point is very essential to consider. Here it means try exposing yourself to those and there where your feelings and emotions are not hurt, disturbed and disrupted as it may torment your life moments in varying degrees. Avoid exposing your senses to those subjects if you already know the bad effects. I’ll tell you what I do according to the level of emotional set-up within me – At night, I don’t watch news or horror or real fake emotional torture on media, especially TV and YouTube because I know that once Any troubling output would input me making me fret, brood and engrossed about it and around it all night. As said earlier, a good night’s sleep is essential for a good start to the next day. During the day I avoid meeting, calling, reading or listening to that I already know will affect me negatively with distraction and disruption. Such approaches save me, time, energy, and emotional exhaustion increasing the healthy productivity of the time available to me.

So, these were some tips to acquire an easy-going life routine.

Remember that making life more easy-going is a journey, not a destination. Making life more easy-going is a process, and it takes time, patience and effort to cultivate a more relaxed and peaceful mindset. Be patient with yourself and take things one step at a time.
