Balancing Exposure in the Real and the Virtual World: This point is very essential to consider. Here it means try exposing yourself to those and there where your feelings and emotions are not hurt, disturbed and disrupted as it may torment your life moments in varying degrees. Avoid exposing your senses to those subjects if you already know the bad effects. I’ll tell you what I do according to the level of emotional set-up within me – At night, I don’t watch news or horror or real fake emotional torture on media, especially TV and YouTube because I know that once Any troubling output would input me making me fret, brood and engrossed about it and around it all night. As said earlier, a good night’s sleep is essential for a good start to the next day. During the day I avoid meeting, calling, reading or listening to that I already know will affect me negatively with distraction and disruption. Such approaches save me, time, energy, and emotional exhaustion increasing the healthy productivity of the time available to me.
So, these were some tips to acquire an easy-going life routine.
Remember that making life more easy-going is a journey, not a destination.
